PASSIONFLY collects customer information to improve your overall shopping experience with us. We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining and using this information responsibly. Except as otherwise mentioned below, this privacy policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you on our web site. By visiting getpassionfly.com you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy.

REGISTERING WITH PASSIONFLY
Personal information relating to you and your order history are securely stored in our internal systems. You will be required to reenter credit card information with each purchase or register with an online payment service such as PayPal. Credit card information is not stored in our internal systems. See Security for more information regarding site encryption. PASSIONFLY is not responsible for any information stored by your operating system or browser on your computer as a result of online transactions with our web site. We do not use cookies or any other tagging devices.

FOR OUR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS:
If you forget your customer code, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

PRIVACY
We will not sell, rent or share your email or mailing addresses with others for them to send you unsolicited email or mail.

Any personal information you provide to us on our web site when you register or update an account, shop online or request information (i.e. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card information) is maintained in private files on our secure Web server and/or our internal systems. Credit card information is not stored in our internal systems.

We will occasionally post surveys to gather statistical, demographic and other non-personally identifiable information to help manage and optimize our Internet business and communications. Providing this information is voluntary and you have the option to opt out. If you participate in a survey, we will share the non-personally identifiable information with third party companies, such as a marketing company, to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and how visitors use our site. We do not use cookies or any other tagging devices.

If you are visiting getpassionfly.com from a location outside of the United States, you will be connected through and to servers located within the United States. All getpassionfly.com orders will be accepted and fully processed in and shipped from the United States and all information you provide will be securely maintained in our Web server and internal systems located within the United States.

You should also be aware that we may disclose specific information about you if required to do so by law, governmental request or court order or based on our good faith belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with such law, request or court order or to protect the users of our web site or the public.

UPDATING EMAIL OR POSTAL ADDRESS
Please send us an email to support@getpassionfly.com with the following:

  • Enter the phrase "address change" in the subject of the email
  • Include your name, complete old postal address and the new address that you would like to change it to.

PRIVACY OF YOUNG CHILDREN
PASSIONFLY is concerned about the privacy of young children and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from a child under 13. We do not sell products for purchase by children; all products we sell are for purchase by adults only.

SECURITY
The security of your information is very important to us. We use PayPal as our merchant vendor because PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a heavily guarded server.

POLICY CHANGES & QUESTIONS
PASSIONFLY may update our privacy policy from time to time and use of the information we collect now is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time of use. Whenever we make a change, we will post the updated policy at this site and we encourage you to check our policy periodically. By using our web site following the posting of a change in the privacy policy, you consent to the updated policy. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our privacy policy, please contact us.

PAYMENT
We accept payment through PayPal. You will be required to reenter credit card information with each purchase or register with PayPal. See Privacy Policy for more information.

FOR OUR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS:
If you are required to make payment through purchase order and check, contact us at support@getpassionfly.com to make arrangements. You will receive an invoice to process your purchase order and mail with your check. Nevada wholesale customers will be credited for NV state sales tax (direct deposit to your PayPal account).

SHIPPING
You will receive your order in five to seven business days from the date of order. Orders are shipped by Priority Mail (U.S. Postal Service). We can expedite your shipping for an additional charge:

  • Three business days via FedEx Ground- $6.00 extra
  • Overnight via FedEx- $16.00 extra

Standard shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

For all FedEx shipping, you must email us at support@getpassionfly.com after placing your online order--include your phone number and PayPal transaction ID. Prior to shipment, you must authorize an additional invoice for FedEx Ground or FedEx Standard Overnight shipping.

For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11AM PST. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 11AM PST through Friday 11AM PST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM PST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

FOR OUR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS:
We will only ship to the mailing address provided with your registration. If your retail location changes, email support@getpassionfly.com for assistance.

All shipping rates are subject to rate increases by our shipping partners.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy with our product. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days and we'll make an exchange or issue a credit or refund. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

ALL DAMAGES AND SHIPMENT ERRORS MUST BE REPORTED TO PASSIONFLY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER. SAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, simply follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact us at support@getpassionfly.com or fax (702) 995-9245, Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm PST to obtain a Return Authorization number.

Step 2: Repack the item securely in its original packaging along with the original packing slip OR a copy of the original sales receipt e-mail. If you do not have your original packing slip, please enclose the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Billing Address
  • Phone Number
  • Return Authorization Number
  • Items for Return (include item #)
  • Reasons for Return
  • Items for Exchange: please include item #, product name, color, size, and quantity of requested exchange items

Step 3: Make sure to write your Return Authorization number on the outside of the package and send it back to us at the following address:

We highly recommend that you return the item via an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post), and that you insure the item for its full value. Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts -- this will protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. All returns must be pre-paid; we cannot accept COD returns.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt e-mail or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us.

All online purchases must be returned/exchanged through our online store and all retail store purchases must be returned/exchanged through that retail store, according to their policies. We do not offer exchanges or credits for items received as gifts.
